Why choose Groupe SEB products?

Sustainable development is everybody’s business and presupposes higher awareness of the need for economic growth with more social harmony and respect for the environment. Consuming renewable or recycled resources to cut waste and greenhouse gas emissions is a Groupe SEB priority. Purchasing the Groupe’s products is an ethical, responsible decision that encourages and participates in this initiative.

Health is also a major concern for Groupe SEB. The products in the « Nutritious and Delicious » line make it possible to combine pleasure and healthy eating. For example, the Actifry deep fryer makes it possible to produce crispy fries with only a tablespoon of oil, and the steam cookers and ovens offer a natural and healthy way of cooking all kinds of foods.

Another example : NutriCook, the pressure cooker launched in 2009, offers cooking programmes adapted to various types of food to preserve a maximum of nutritional value.

In 2009, the Group has begun to harmonize the conditions of its products guarantees internationally.

They also consume less and less energy during their use. For example, products in Rowenta's Eco intelligence range use 30% less energy than equivalent classic products.

Some Groupe SEB products offer programming options that help cut their power consumption (e.g.: the adjustable-temperature TEFAL kettles). Think about them !

Groupe SEB rejects Human rights violations and over exploitation of the environment. It guarantees the quality of its products, respect the environment at every stage of production and respect for its employees in every country.

When your products reach the end of their useful lives, take them back to a designated collection point.
Distributors are required to collect them. You can also take them to humanitarian organisations like Emmaus, which repairs them and gives them a second life.

Groupe SEB is working on totally recyclable packaging. But you can already take your cardboard and plastic materials to the nearest waste dump.
