Groupe SEB ensures its customers and prospects in France and internationally are kept informed about its social and environmental initiatives. The sales executives in the Group are provided with a presentation tool allowing them to explain the importance and the reasons for our commitment, demonstrate the action we take and promote sustainable development. 

 

 

 

100% satisfaction: our constant objective

In 2008,Groupe SEB initiated a program to measure and improve the satisfaction of its customers using a global indicator. The indicator will be launched in 2011 to gauge stock availability levels, which will allow us to calculate how successful we are at meeting customers’ needs and subsequently improve the availability of our products on the shelves. 
 


 

 

Sharing management of supplies: everybody wins

Major customers who have chosen Shared Supplies Management (SSM) with Groupe SEB have confirmed their interest in this partnership. Put clearly, they delegate the supply of all their warehouses to the Groupe in exchange for meeting requirements involving maximum product availability and minimal stock. Both sides win: distributors no longer need to worry about managing their stocks and Groupe SEB gains visibility, which helps it improve its production and logistics schedules.

 

Computerised Data Exchange

Several European distributors have chosen Computerised Data Exchange (CDE) in order to simplify and speed up transactions with Groupe SEB while cutting administrative costs.
In this framework, since 2007,Groupe SEB has gradually been eliminating the use of paper invoices with its customers. This initiative has several positive effects: in addition to contributing to the preservation of the environment, the system helps accelerate the processing of documents, leading to greater efficiency.
