Group Management Board

THE GROUP MANAGEMENT BOARD comprises the members of the Group Executive Committee and the Presidents of Strategic Business Areas, Continental Structures, Strategy and Innovation. It meets on average every two months to follow up and monitor the Group’s performance and results, and if necessary, adjust its commercial or industrial strategy.

A forum for exchange of views and reflection, the Group Management Board plays a supervisory role and ensures the proper overall functioning of the Group.
