Executive Committee

In a radically changing world, marked by constant new macro-economic issues and major social changes, Groupe SEB must accelerate its transformation to actively pursue its growth and consolidate its leadership. With this mind, the Group set up a new strengthened Excutive Committee with 9 members in September 2015. Going beyond cross-functional sorporate department, the Executive Committee now includes three continental Divisions in charge of the Group's commercial activities all over the world, as well as the Product and Innovation division. This new organisation will bring us closer to ou operations in the field, improve our ability to arbitrate and speed up ou decision-making processes. The executive committee implements overall Group strategy. Meeting twice a month, the Executive Committee oversees strategic plans, defines consolidated goals, decides on priorities and allocates the resources needed for Strategic Business Areas, Continental Structures and Group Functions.

    Aged 62.

    A graduate of the Ecole Supérieure de Commerce de Paris, he began his career in the United States as Financial Controller at Allendale Insurance Johnson before spending 4 years with Coopers & Lybrand as Audit Manager in Paris.  Afterwards he joined Groupe Chargeurs, holding different positions in the Finance department before serving as Chief Financial Officer and later as Chief Executive Officer of Croisières Paquet.

    He joined Groupe SEB in 1994, becoming Chairman of Calor, before being appointed Deputy Chairman of SEB S.A. in 1999.

    Board member of Legrand, and permanent representative of Sofinaction on the Board of CIC - Lyonnaise de Banque.

    Board member of Supor since January 2008.
