The Group Executive Committee defines and implements overall Group strategy. Meeting twice each month, it decides on consolidated objectives, oversees strategic projects, defines priorities and allocates resources to the management structures in charge of Strategic Business Areas (SBAs), Continents and Corporate Functions.
