The Group Management Board is made up of the members of the Group Executive Committee, the General Managers of the SBAs and Continental Structures and the Chief Technology Officer. It meets on average every 2 months to monitor the Group’s performance and results and, if necessary, make adjustments to commercial or industrial strategy. Serving as a forum for exchange and reflection, the Management Board has a consultative role and oversees the proper functioning of the Group |
