Social responsibility: various areas that round each other out

In the 1990s, Groupe SEB held special training courses to accompany the increasing pace of assembly line automation. The goal was to facilitate career advancement and future employability for illiterate employees. That was back in the days before anybody had ever heard of corporate social responsibility.

Driven by a profound sense of social consciousness, Groupe SEB still pursues responsible management policies in solidarity with its human resources.
