We identify individual potential and employment opportunities and bring them together through a set of practices and tools such as:
 

Job evaluations

A written job description as well as a rating based on the level of fundamental skills required exist for each job within the Group. This facilitates clear management of organizational issues, careers and remuneration.

Annual performance reviews

A formal, annual meeting between every employee and their manager or managers (functional and organizational). The annual performance review is an opportunity to take stock of the previous 12 months, clarify individual objectives and think about how the employee can further develop their skills.

Annual HR reviews

It concerns a series of annual meetings between the Human Resources Department and the main structures of the company, in order to outline the forecast needs in terms of human resources, prepare replacement and promotion plans, look at relocation and career orientations and identify executives with potential.

Job market ads

All jobs to be filled within the Group are published regularly and can be consulted by all employees on the Intranet.

Career development committee

Every week the Group's Human Resources Division reviews the number of managers that will be available within 6 to 24 months.
