In line with the patronage activities undertaken by the Group and its subsidiaries, the

Groupe SEB Foundation was launched in spring 2007. The Groupe SEB Foundation places its emphasis on the fight against exclusion and supports projects which aim to reintegrate people in difficulty into society, with three main focuses:

• employment
• housing
• education and training

With a budget of 3 million euros over 5 years, the Foundation also relies on the support of Groupe SEB employees, who are encouraged to identify projects and to involve themselves in ensuring they see the light of day.

"The vocation of the Groupe SEB Foundation is to hold out a helping hand to others. With this foundation, we want to mobilize the human and financial resources of the company to help the disadvantaged, and the priority of the Foundation will be to ensure as many people as possible can be re-integrated into society."
