The Group Management Board is made up of the members of the Group Executive Committee, the General Managers of the SBAs and Continental Structures and the Senior Vice-President Chief Innovation Officer. It meets on average every 2 months to monitor the Group’s performance and results and, if necessary, make adjustments to commercial or industrial strategy. Serving as a forum for exchange and reflection, the Management Board has a consultative role and oversees the proper functioning of the Group |
