Shareholders
Shareholders choosing to entrust Groupe SEB with their funds or savings give the company the means for its long-term growth. The Groupe is strongly attached to the trustful, transparent relationship it has with its key institutional and private partners.

Long-term relations
Sustainable Development policies aim for the long term. Since the 1990s, the Internet has democratised the stock market and put it within reach of a new breed of private investors. But prices have become more volatile. That instability is incompatible with both long-term management and responsible management of resources.
That’s why, to carry out a long-term strategy, Groupe SEB is determined on developing a stable, long-term shareholdership alongside the founding group and employees.
A few reasons to be a loyal Groupe SEB shareholder:
Remuneration
: a dividend that is rising on a steady basis and a loyalty bonus equal to 10% of the dividend for shares listed by name for two consecutive financial years.
Fringe benefits
: the Groupe offers shareholders buying its products special terms.
