Crème de lentilles corail

CREAM OF CORAL LENSES

  • 100 G OF CORAL LENSES
  • 1 TABLESPOON OF SESAME SEEDS
  • (GOLDEN)
  • 1 SHALLOT, MINCED
  • 140 G CARROTS, CHOPPED
  • 40 CL OF POULTRY BROTH
  • 20 G BUTTER
  • 1/2 TEASPOON CURRY POWDER
  • 1 TEASPOON SESAME OIL
  • 10 CL OF LIQUID CREAM 15 % FAT
  • SALT & PEPPER

Prepare the ingredients.
Put half of the butter in the bowl.
Brown the shallot, then the carrots.
Add the lentils, broth and curry to the bowl. Salt and pepper.
Cooking under pressure for 8 minutes.
Add sesame oil and cream, mix. Sprinkle with sesame seeds.
Serve.

Curry de filet mignon à la créole

CURRY OF FILET MIGNON À LA CRÉOLE

  • 600 G FILET MIGNON CUT INTO
  • PIECES
  • 1 YELLOW BELL PEPPER CUT IN STRIP
  • 2 TOMATOES CUT INTO SLICES
  • 25 CL OF COCONUT MILK
  • 60 G OF CASHEW NUTS
  • 1 TABLESPOON OF OLIVE OIL
  • 1 TABLESPOON OF MAÏZENA®
  • 1 TABLESPOON OF CURRY

Prepare the ingredients.
Pour the olive oil into the bowl.
Fry the bell pepper in the preheater.
Add the meat.
Brown for 3 minutes while stirring.
Add the Maïzena®, tomatoes and curry.
Season. Pour the coconut milk.
Sprinkle with cashews.
Cooking under pressure for 18 minutes.
Serve with pasta or rice.

BANANES CRÉOLES

CREOLE BANANAS

  • 4 BANANAS CUT IN HALF
  • 1 VANILLA BEAN
  • 2 TABLESPOONS OF SUGAR
  • 10 CL OF RUM
  • 1 LIME
  • 2 PINCHES OF CINNAMON

Prepare the ingredients.
Caramelize the bananas in the sugar.
Add the cinnamon.
Add the vanilla bean and rum.
Cooking under pressure for 2 minutes.
Add the grated lime.
Put in jars and serve hot.
