After the factory closed for two months, we resumed operations while ensuring we set up protocol to avoid contaminations and reduce risk for our teams. We also introduced a daily on-site Gemba Walk to analyze what could be improved, and any lapses caused by Covid. Based on this data, we developed control indicators. We have had to push our limits, redefine ourselves, and be creative throughout the crisis, as this new reality has been very challenging and we have had to keep the company going. This situation has helped us become more resilient, empathetic, united, and in control of our emotions. The main lesson I have taken from it all is the importance of adaptability and flexibility. The companies that adapted the quickest are the ones who achieved the best results.
