I could never have imagined how quickly we got used to digital communication and this new way of working together - which may well influence how we work in the future. There are many advantages, such as saving time without the daily commute, although this couldn’t make up for physical interactions. While we wait to get back to the office and the store, we’re keeping in touch with the teams through weekly virtual meetings. After this crisis has passed, we have to remember that things never happen the way you think they will. We should always be ready to deal with unexpected situations. Acting instead of waiting and using the right tools to avoid falling behind, which could risk affecting profits and dampening the enthusiasm of the teams. This is why we are going to focus more on e-commerce training for employees in the future.
