The public health crisis increased household appliance demand and online sale. We had to work with Coupang, the leading e-commerce site in South Korea, to decide how to meet this demand as quickly as possible. Meanwhile, we developed our own online sales channels by including more line items, showcasing products with high-quality photos and positive reviews, and investing in advertising such as banners and promotional events while also securing our stocks. We saw results quickly, and online sales rose considerably. The market shift towards an e-commerce model is inevitable, at different rates depending on the country. With this in mind, I think a Group-wide preparation effort is essential. We have to adapt quickly if we want to tackle this major change.
