Each brand has a well-defined identity, with a specific values which are reflected in the product offering, features and design, as well as in appropriate communication mechanics.
We remain convinced that our balanced business model, combining profitable growth and a resolutely responsible approach, creates value for all and plays a full part in our contribution to better living in households around the world.
Today, at Groupe SEB, there are over 30,000 employees in nearly 150 countries. Our rich community boasts a range of expertise, professions and backgrounds. To keep up our momentum as a Group – a key to our success - our Human Resources policy puts business and managerial skills development first as well as the consolidation of a shared corporate culture.
With this in mind, to support our employees in their professional development, showcasing their expertise and improving their performance both individually and collectively, we have rolled out a Managerial Competencies Model across all our countries. Founded on our Group values, this model lays the groundwork for a managerial culture needed to support the Group’s targets and strategy as well as meeting current and future challenges.
Recruiting young talent also remains a priority for Groupe SEB: as such, we maintain close relations with leading higher education institutions and we organize a Graduate Program offering students a 24-month long specialized career path in the Group. On top of this, we welcome some 300 interns and sandwich course students every year as part of our VIE (international volunteers in business) program. Within this recruiting hub, we hire 70% of young graduates. We have also set up a mentoring program. The result: young talent regularly benefits from a manager’s advice and experience, which fosters talent development within the Group.
