Catering, a lever for the professional integration of people with intellectual disabilities 

The unemployment rate of people with disabilities is twice as high as the unemployment rate of the rest of the population. In order to fight against this inequality and to highlight the skills of people with disabilities, Atout Cœur has created a bistronomic restaurant in Annecy.

The latter will employ a majority of people with mental disabilities. By creating 8 to 10 adapted jobs, Atout Cœur will train its employees to enable them to acquire professional qualifications so that they can, in the long run, access a job in a regular environment. The restaurant is scheduled to open at the end of September 2022.
