Since 2009, Énergie Jeunes has been fighting against educational inequalities. The association intervenes in classrooms, with innovative educational programs that provoke psychological triggers and help all students, from fifth grade to ninth grade, to enjoy learning.
A specific program is offered to each class: video testimonials, educational exercises and memory aids.
Energie Jeunes is part of the new Fonds Groupe SEB program, "Knowledge Transfer", which offers employees the opportunity to take action, through skills sponsorship, in the fields of professional integration and/or education.
In 2021-2022, Energie Jeunes supported 116,900 young people throughout France, in 636 schools. 17 Group employees have made a commitment to the association by leading activities in various schools. In this way, the Fund is strengthening its action on education, a key component in the fight against exclusion.
