Young unaccompanied foreign minors, without family support in France, face difficulties in finding employment. To fight against the stigmatization they face, ÉOLE organizes awareness-raising activities in schools and companies.
The challenge is to inform them about the conditions of reception of this public and the administrative steps to be taken, in order to deconstruct certain prejudices and to promote their inclusion. To this end, ÉOLE runs three half-day training and awareness-raising modules. This action complements the educational, family and cultural support offered directly to young people.
In 2020, ÉOLE was the winner of Charity Boost, the internal call for solidarity projects. The Groupe SEB Fund provides financial support to the association in order to increase the number of awareness-raising modules.
