Graduated from Mendel University in Czech Republic, Martin Zouhar started his career in Coty where he held numerous positions before becoming Marketing Director for Eastern Europe.
In 2000, he joined Groupe SEB as General Manager for Czech Republic and, in 2006, was nominated General Manager Central Europe. During this time, the subsidiary enjoyed very fast growth, both top line and market share. In 2010 he became General Manager of Groupe SEB UK. Between 2012 and 2019, Martin was Senior Vice-President for Eurasia, a fast-evolving region capturing Eastern Europe, Russia, Turkey, Middle East, Egypt and India.
In March 2019, he joined the Executive Committee as Executive Vice-President North and Central America.
