CCM certification is granted by the Korea Fair Trade Commission and the Korea Consumer Agency to companies whose management activities are carried out in consumers’ interests based on consumers’ views and continuously improving for consumers.
In particular, the Korean teams have placed specific focus on improving the VOC (Voice Of Customers) system. A Task Force Team including Customer Service Specialists and representatives from all other departments meets on a quarterly basis to collect consumer needs and identify points of improvement as a companywide project.
Groupe SEB Korea obtained its first CCM certification in November 2016 and was recertified in November 2018. The CCM label means added value and trust for consumers, with better protection of consumer rights. It also widely contributes to strengthening Groupe SEB’s image in Korea. Held on December 14th, the certification ceremony was covered by major national and business media.
