La Table de Cana is coordinating the implementation of a project on integration through economic activity in the catering sectors, notably through the development and management of a community-minded network of companies working towards occupational integration.
The organization groups ten such companies, including Prestal, a committed catering company based in Lyon.
To address the health crisis and its social and economic impacts, La Table de Cana network of integration caterers and its integration companies are working to contribute to national solidarity towards those most in need.
The 1 donation, 2 solidarities project provides balanced and high-quality meals to food-aid beneficiaries, distributed by local organizations that fight against vulnerability. The meals are prepared by the individuals in integration programs at Prestal, thus keeping them in employment.
The support of the Groupe SEB Fund will finance 1,500 meals.
