Vincent ROUILLER joined the Group in June 2007 as VP Industrial Operations in the Kitchen Electrics business unit in the Breakfast and Beverages product category. 

In 2013 he was appointed VP Industrial of the KE business unit, before taking up the position of VP SDA Product Development in 2016. 

Prior to his nomination as Chief Innovation Officer in July 2020, Vincent ROUILLER was leading AGILE, the strategic company transformation program. 

Before joining Groupe SEB, Vincent ROUILLER has spent several years abroad in Cameroon, Estonia, USA and Germany and has extensive experience in R&D, Innovation as well as Global Product Marketing. He held various positions, first at the Agronomy Research Center of the French Ministry of Agriculture (CIRAD), followed by the US Navy, the Adidas Group as well as FAGOR/BRANDT.

Vincent ROUILLER holds a master’s degree in Polymer Science of the University Paris VI, an engineering degree in Physics & Chemistry as well an Executive MBA of ESCP-EAP in France. In addition, he has achieved the International Marketing Program at INSEAD as well as the Advanced Management Program at IMD Switzerland. 

He joins the Executive Committee as Chief Innovation Officer.
