Pursuant to its share buy-back program approved by the Shareholders' General Meeting of 11 May 2017 (11th resolution), SEB S.A. has purchased 30,000 American call options, referring to 30,000 SEB S.A. shares.

GROUPE SEB INAUGURATES ITS NEW REFURBISHMENT ACTIVITY IN IS-SUR-TILLE (21)

Thierry de La Tour d'Artaise, President of Groupe SEB, in the presence of elected officials and local partners, unveiled the Group's new refurbishment activity in Is-sur-Tille. Groupe SEB is the first French manufacturer of small domestic appliances to implement an integrated refurbishment model.
