Groupe SEB is proud to announce that it has won the “International Schuldschein of the Year” award at a ceremony organized by GlobalCapital, a leading player on the international financial markets.
Last night in London, Groupe SEB, represented by Emmanuel Arabian, Finance and Treasury Director, and Fanny Comeau, Head of Group Financing, received the “International Schuldschein of the Year” award in the Private Debt category for the success of the December 2023 Schuldschein issue, worth €650 million.
This transaction took place against a backdrop of no Schuldschein transaction by a French issuer for twelve months. Initially expected to raise €200 million, the placement was heavily oversubscribed, with an order book comprising 37 top-quality French and international investors, testifying to investors' confidence in Groupe SEB's strategy and outlook.
