GSF wins the 2018 ESSEC Transformation Trophy

 The ESSEC Chair of Change Management honors "companies that have made significant changes in terms of both results and their way of doing things." The trophy was awarded to our Be#One Ambition, which was launched in early 2016 by André Dot, Executive Vice President of GSF, and co-developed with 43 managers. This Ambition has two objectives: boost business growth all while developing a working environment that fosters each employee's professional well-being and a collective approach that continues over time.

 

 Among the 30 companies in competition, GSF's transformation was recognized for its collective nature (inclusion of managers and employees), the implementation of new managerial practices stemming from the Management Skills Model (with support to managers), and the application of specific recommended actions, particularly employee work circles.

 

 This wonderful recognition highlights the participation of GSF teams in the company's transformation.
