Groupe SEB's human resources policy seeks to reinforce a global social cornerstone based on the group's values of entrepreneurial ambition, a passion for innovation, professionalism, group spirit, and respect for people.

To support its international growth and ensure that all subsidiaries its management model, Groupe SEB has harmonized its human resources processes at global level. In 2016, the Group rolled out its Managerial Skills Model in all operating countries. These guidelines define Groupe SEB’s managerial key skills. They are implemented by way of a large-scale training program.
