During the pandemic, our e-commerce site was the only store open. Internally, all eyes were on us. We had to adapt our communication strategy to the situation and see how our products could be useful to consumers at home during a lockdown. Our “At Home” campaign, including eight different landing pages, newsletters and media coverage, was developed in just two weeks! This sterling performance led to fantastic results, with thousands of users visiting our online store. Our pages focused on cooking with the children were particularly popular, as parents were looking for ways to keep them occupied during the lockdown! We learned to produce content faster, we became more flexible when faced with changing situations, and we are now more productive while working from home!
