The pandemic pushed me to reinvent myself. Everything happened so quickly, with the arrival of a new type of consumer, major changes for retailers and employees worrying about their future. We had to take all these factors into account in our working methods. We were able to adapt thanks to an integrated team, open-mindedness and by helping each other a lot. Together, we introduced strict but necessary strategic measures and met major challenges head on by considering how to launch new products and developing a closer relationships with customers - even online. Today, we’re more agile, connected and focused than ever. The pandemic also reinforced my conviction that taking the human aspect of our work is essential. We must now anticipate the profound impacts of this period to create even more value for our consumers.
