My responsibilities meant that I worked from the office during the lockdown. It was extremely important for me to help my colleagues in any way I could by being on-site. Managing the post became more complicated because we had to analyse each item with the recipients and decide on which action to take. I also handled many calls from businesses and consumers. Our objective was to reassure them while protecting the Group’s brand image. What’s more, I helped to prepare the offices for the return of our personnel. Although this period was challenging, I learned a lot. I gained a fresh perspective on things and became closer with my colleagues. We all bolstered our team spirit. We’re all responsive and passionate about what we do. It’s very inspiring to work within the Groupe SEB with such devoted people.
