When the pandemic arrived, we were well prepared because many employees were already working from home and we had therefore gained a lot of experience in the matter. The connections were already in place. However, we did run into a few minor difficulties, such as faulty microphones, headsets or cameras, and problems with internet access. Of course, it was very different at the start because all employees suddenly found themselves working from home. It was a very strange feeling. We were used to daily social contact. This is why we had short meetings every day to discuss things on Skype or Teams. In this sort of situation, I would advise picking up the phone more to talk with colleagues, swapping ideas face-to-face on videocalls, taking breaks outside, and doing a little physical exercise.
