After eight years in the Group, I became e-commerce manager in early 2020. This new channel became really important in the context of the pandemic. We even had to hire more people to deal with demand. Meanwhile, I also had to manage the launch of a new brand site and integrate it into marketplaces. Fortunately, I was able to rely on the relationships developed internally over the years to reach my objectives. I can say that 2020 was a year filled with challenges, but they are what makes us progress. The crisis showed us that we have to be ready for change, now more than ever. It also taught us to work remotely and to better manage our time in order to be more efficient. A new, more dynamic age has begun, and we should be preparing for it in every aspect of our lives.
