When I look back at 2020, I think that we have really developed and learned a lot on both a personal and professional level. We successfully managed a total transformation in every aspect of our lives. Everything we thought we knew has gone, and we have had to reinvent ourselves. In the company, we learned to work in new ways, remotely, using communication tools that revolutionised our daily lives and disproved the idea that we need to be in the office every day. We are more efficient, more organised and more empathetic towards our colleagues. Teamwork was essential for moving forward, and even for helping society with initiatives such as Charity Week, producing masks and making donations. We set an example and it’s something to be proud of. I’m also grateful to our company for taking care of us and supporting us during the most difficult times.
