When we went into lockdown, we thought that we had to focus even more to maintain the same level of work as before. But we quickly realised that it wasn’t enough, that we had to improve our processes and that this was actually an opportunity to do so. And we succeeded because we are a close-knit team. This was all the more important because we had so many things to manage, including factoring, bank guarantees for clients that didn’t exist before, a new credit control policy introduced by the Group, and reinforced controls on client debts. We were able to meet these challenges head on because we had also learned to interact more efficiently by quickly communicating without organising meetings, sharing documents and structuring them more effectively. I hope that this way of working will continue in the future.
