The pandemic shone a light on how much we depend on effective IT systems and the teams who make them work in order to continue doing business, even remotely. We had to equip and connect all employees within a few weeks. Fortunately, we have fantastic IT teams with the necessary skills and energy for this sort of challenge. This public health crisis only reinforced the need for us to stay agile in how we work in order to deal with the unexpected. It also enabled many employees to adopt more digital tools in their work, boost their knowledge of this technology, and above all to recognize and appreciate the work we do on a daily basis!
