As the pandemic affected everyone’s daily lives and lifestyles, there was a higher demand for domestic electrical appliances. One of our biggest challenges was quickly adjusting production while taking supplier constraints into account. We also had to deal with complications surrounding shipping transport. In an effort to meet these challenges head on, we kept team spirit high and nurtured cohesion between employees. We also learned to react quickly by rolling out statistical decision-making tools. Above all, we proactively maintained communication both internally and with the French teams to ensure we were well coordinated. This period has taught us the importance of further digitalising the company to facilitate management.
