We had to adapt to the new managerial conditions, including working from home, Skype meetings, and the introduction of new hygiene rules, which were regularly adjusted based on government guidelines. Plans were drawn up to meet these challenges. My team checked all working spaces across the site to ensure that social distancing rules were being respected between each station. We’ve realised that we can manage this sort of situation thanks to the discipline and understanding of employees, along with IT and communication tools. That being said, I don’t think that different departments no longer working together at the office is a permanent solution. A continuous exchange of information internally and with external stakeholders is essential for our projects.
