We quickly handed control over to the stores to ensure their stocks could keep up with demand. We also shifted our angle of communication to a “staycation” concept. The store’s overall performance therefore improved, and even exceeded expectations in terms of sales. I think we need to focus on omnichannel services to satisfy clients and diversify revenue streams. I’ve also realised that we have to be agile to best meet consumers’ short-term needs, now more than ever. The Group’s main objective should be to transform into a business that can react with speed and flexibility. To achieve this, we must permanently develop our services and offers.
