The public health crisis revealed the full potential of the online store and helped accelerate its launch. We quickly handed control over to the stores to ensure their stocks could keep up with demand. We also shifted our angle of communication to a “staycation” concept. The store’s overall performance therefore improved, and even exceeded expectations in terms of sales. I think we need to focus on omnichannel services to satisfy clients and diversify revenue streams. I’ve also realised that we have to be agile to best meet consumers’ short-term needs, now more than ever. The Group’s main objective should be to transform into a business that can react with speed and flexibility. To achieve this, we must permanently develop our services and offers.
