I became head of the Covid-19 crisis team for the Human Resources department at WMF. We quickly formed a flexible, Group-wide team. Daily meetings were held on an operational level, while weekly commitments were outlined between stakeholders involved in health and safety, the medical service, our HR partners and the Communication Management team. We monitored information transparency through in-house media such as Corona SharePoint, posters and regular newsletters. And of course, we adapted our rules every time the overall situation changed throughout the pandemic. Whatever happens, we have to keep up our good work while preserving our mindsets and flexibility. I think there is still room for improvement in terms of sharing best practices between the Head Office, the sites, and different countries.
