The pandemic led me to take on several challenges, including maintaining a work-life balance, monitoring the morale and motivation of my teams, and ensuring they had the right tools to communicate with each other. We also had to deal with the closure of our factories alongside a sharp rise in demand. Not to mention Brexit preparations! What this situation made me realize is that I work for a large-scale company with an incredible team. Everyone looks out for each other. Sharing aspects of our personal lives with our colleagues made us closer. I feel that the team is stronger than it was a year ago. In the future, I think we should keep the flexible working methods we acquired. Many tools have enabled us to manage our daily responsibilities remotely, which the teams see as a plus.
