During the pandemic, and on top of the projects already underway, we relocated all the brand’s stores to sites managed by a new partner, 3PL. This meant I had to manage a new team, organisation everyone and ensure good working relationships. We also developed and launched a new website - homeandcook.ru - and an employee platform. There were really challenging moments, but everyone helped as much as they could. I would like to thank everyone for their professionalism and responsiveness. I have realised that, while you can’t predict all problems, everything can change very quickly. You have to prepare yourself psychologically to be able to think calmly about what strategy to adopt when the time comes. 2020 divided the world into those who were able to change and act within the new reality, and those who couldn’t. Flexibility is so important.
