We continued working in the warehouse throughout the pandemic, taking extraordinary precautions and informing our partners about our high standards. We limited social interactions as much as possible, going well beyond regulatory expectations. As we were all made aware of what needed to be done, there was no confusion. As a manager, my role was to ensure that each employee was working safely in order to focus on their objectives as much as possible. Thanks to all the initiatives put in place, we didn’t have a single infection. It must also be said that the effort and enthusiasm from the logistics teams, as well as the exceptional collaboration between all other teams, helped to generate positive sales figures for the company. Finally, we didn’t compromise on quality at all while continuing our inspections!
