In early 2020, our site quickly introduced measures and was one of the first to relaunch our activities. When the second wave hit, our site was fully prepared to calmly deal with the situation. Today, Covid-19 is part of our lives. Our biggest challenge now is inspiring confidence in employees by ensuring the site is safe. Our initiatives include publishing daily information updates on the pandemic, ensuring adequate stocks of masks, checking visitor itineraries, and restricting professional travel. This situation has taught us to always be ready to deal with an emergency, whether a pandemic, a typhoon, or flooding. With a crisis management plan in place, we can keep working. In any case, we were able to get through 2020 despite the difficulties, and we are now braver and more determined than ever to succeed in 2021.
